OUR STORY:
RESILIENT YACHTING was founded on a simple belief: yacht management is about far more than maintaining a vessel. It is built on trust, expertise, and a personalised approach that allows owners to enjoy complete peace of mind.
Founded by Frédéric Laporte, Resilient Yachting draws on more than 35 years of experience in the international maritime industry and the world of luxury yachting.
A former Unlimited Master Mariner and First-Class Chief Engineer, Frédéric Laporte began his career at sea aboard commercial vessels before progressing to senior technical and operational management roles with leading international shipping companies, including SNCM, Festival Cruises, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, and V.Ships.
Driven by his passion for yachting, he later joined two of the industry's most respected companies. He first served as Fleet Manager at Camper & Nicholsons, before becoming Director of Yacht Management at YPI, where he oversaw the management of high-value yacht fleets, led complex technical projects, and supported yacht owners from around the world in the day-to-day management of their vessels.
Building on this international experience, Frédéric founded Resilient Yachting, a company dedicated to providing independent, transparent, and highly personalised yacht management services. This entrepreneurial venture enabled him to establish close relationships with owners while refining a management philosophy centred on operational excellence, attention to detail, and exceptional client service.
Today, that same vision continues through Resilient Yachting, headquartered in Monaco, one of the world's leading centres for the yachting industry. This strategic location allows the company to remain close to its clients, captains, crews, shipyards, and key industry partners, while delivering responsive, tailor-made support throughout the Mediterranean and Worldwide.
Supported by a trusted international network of shipyards, suppliers, technical specialists, and industry professionals, Resilient Yachting works alongside yacht owners, Family Offices, and investors with one clear objective: to protect their assets, optimise their yacht's performance, and provide complete peace of mind.
More than a yacht management company, Resilient Yachting is a trusted partner committed to delivering excellence, integrity, and personalised service in accordance with the highest standards of the international yachting industry.
